About

I built Odash because I used to be the person who needed it.

I'm Connor Francis. I spent years running hospitality operations before moving into SaaS. Odash exists because I know what it feels like to manage a multi-million dollar property with spreadsheets, gut instinct, and a dozen tabs of Salesforce.

The path

I came up through Hyatt Hotels, running food and beverage operations and eventually managing a Michelin-starred restaurant at the Park Hyatt in D.C. The kind of environment where service isn't a talking point, it's the standard. From there I moved to Convene, where I opened and ran two multi-functional properties. $10M in revenue, 95,000 square feet, P&L ownership, budgets, hiring, construction. I lived in Salesforce and Tableau trying to understand what was actually happening across our locations, and I knew the tooling wasn't there.

At Southern Glazers I worked between field sales teams and supplier partners, building KPIs and reporting structures that turned raw market data into decisions. It reinforced what I'd already learned: the problem is never a lack of data. It's a lack of visibility.

Then I moved into SaaS at Pacer, where I managed large enterprise SOWs, built connectors and integrations, and worked directly with C-level executives to translate their business practices into software. Not feature requests, actual operational workflows. That's where I learned how to scope, build, and ship product. And it's where I realized that technology is the enabler. It doesn't replace operations expertise, it amplifies it. Odash is what happens when you combine all of that.

Why it matters

Three careers taught me three things. Odash is all of them at once.

Michelin-star hospitality taught me service.

Running Blue Duck Tavern at the Park Hyatt set the bar. Every detail matters. Every interaction is a reflection of the whole operation. That standard doesn't turn off when you move into tech. It becomes white-glove client service.

Running locations at Convene taught me business.

$10M in revenue, P&L ownership, budgets, hiring, vendor management, construction. I've been the GM staring at Salesforce and Tableau trying to understand which location is bleeding margin. I know what data matters because I've made decisions with it.

Enterprise SaaS at Pacer taught me consultative delivery.

Working with C-level executives to understand their business, then translating that into scoped, shipped software. 40+ enterprise accounts, 30 custom builds delivered. I learned that the best product comes from listening, not pitching.

Odash is all three. You get an operator who understands your business, a builder who can ship the product, and a partner who treats your account like a Michelin-star guest experience.

Let's talk

I take on a few clients at a time and give each one my full attention.
